We’re looking for Agents/Intermediaries in Spain, Portugal, Tunisia, Sud Africa, Uk, Nordics, Singapore.
The candidate should be resident in the Country, speaking English and/or Italian fluently, preferably already working in the fields of kitchens/components or sanitaryware, he must be able to work in team, to communicate with colleagues and customers on a variety of channels and to resolve customer issues efficiently and courteously.
He/she must have a special attention to detail, organization skills and must project a warm and friendly image, must be patient, empathic, calm under pressure, Speedy and creative, must have Technical Proficiency and Understanding in/of Products/Services, problem-Solving capabilities, and Flexibility.
